Data Deletion

You can have every piece of data Neuron HQ holds about you deleted, at any time. This page explains exactly how, for each kind of user. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account

1. Disconnect in the app: open Neuron SEO → Connections → Disconnect next to Facebook or Instagram. The stored access token is deleted immediately, and we stop receiving any data from that platform for your account.
2. Or revoke from Meta's side: Facebook/Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Neuron SEO. Access ends immediately.
3. To also erase platform data we already hold (posts we published for you, comment data used by features you enabled), email hello@neuron-hq.com with the subject "Delete my data" from the email on your account, or use full account deletion below. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you connected a Google account (Search Console, Business Profile, YouTube)

1. Disconnect in Neuron SEO → Connections — the stored token is deleted immediately.
2. Or revoke from Google's side: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps & services → remove Neuron.

Delete your whole account

1. Email hello@neuron-hq.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address on the account.
2. We verify it is really you, then delete your account record, scans, generated content, platform connections and tokens, and usage history. Completed within 30 days; confirmed by email.
3. Encrypted disaster-recovery backups roll off within 90 days; deleted data is not restored from them.

If you only filled in a form on our site

Email hello@neuron-hq.com from the address you used and we will delete the lead record within 30 days.
