Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for client work are set out in a written proposal or statement of work agreed before the work begins. Where that document and these terms conflict, that document governs. Estimates given on this site are indicative and are not an offer.
You agree to provide accurate information and any access, accounts or materials the work reasonably requires, and to hold the rights to any content you supply to us. Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines.
Some of our services publish content to third-party platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, on behalf of a business that has authorised us to do so. We access those accounts only with the account holder's explicit authorisation, only to the extent the granted permissions allow, and only to publish or schedule content and read back the resulting performance data. We do not sell platform data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than operating the service for that account holder. Your use of those platforms remains subject to each platform's own terms. Authorisation can be withdrawn at any time by revoking access in the platform, or by contacting us.
Fees, milestones and payment terms are stated in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable on receipt.
We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and methods. Rights in the deliverables produced for a client are addressed in that client's written agreement. Content on this website is ours and may not be reproduced without permission.
You agree not to use the site or services to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, interfere with the operation of the site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system.
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" without further warranty, and our aggregate liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. Fees for work properly performed up to termination remain payable.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
